GEL Events has been appointed the official logistics provider and onsite handling agent for ADX Sydney.

GEL Events services include:

• Domestic transport port services (Door to stand and reverse logistics) for all exhibitor and contractors (Including sensitive freight services)
• Advance delivery warehouse solution (Pre & Post show)
• International freight forwarding through our global network
• Customs & Quarantine clearance services
• Onsite materials handling (Unloading/loading services, storage of packing materials, labour assistance)

Important Notes:

• If using your own transport company you need to be present at time of delivery to sign for your goods or advise your transport company “The authority to leave”
• ADIA, GEL Events or ICC Sydney cannot sign on your behalf.
• Please ensure that a delivery/collection time slot is requested from GEL Events for direct delivery to venue to obtain loading dock access.
