To be in the running to win a Fiji holiday worth $5,000, you must be a registered visitor at ADX Sydney and ensure your pass is scanned when you enter the exhibition hall. You must have visited the exhibition and scanned all four Holiday promotion QR codes on the exhibition floor on the day of the giveaway.

Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) is holding ADX Sydney in 2024. ADX Sydney includes a significant giveaway to promote the event, and the goods and services available from exhibitors and sponsors at the event. This giveaway is conducted as a trade promotion lottery in accordance with New South Wales Government requirements. The game is conducted to promote the goods and services provided at ADX Sydney.

Purpose

1. This trade promotion lottery is conducted to benefit primarily the Australian Dental Industry Association Ltd.

2. The game is being conducted by Kym De Britt on behalf of Australian Dental Industry Association Ltd.

3. The promotion period is 1 February 2024 to:

3.1 Day 1 draw: Thursday 21 March 2024

3.2 Day 2 draw: Friday 22 March 2024

3.3 Day 3 draw: Saturday 23 March 2024

4. The random prize draw will take place at 5.30pm at ADX Sydney, Sydney International Convention Centre:

4.1 Day 1 draw: Thursday 21 March 2024

4.2 Day 2 draw: Friday 22 March 2024

4.3 Day 3 draw: Saturday 23 March 2024

The Prize

5. The prize is a holiday package to Fiji comprised of a $3,000 accommodation gift card $2000 towards flights.

6. The winner may choose to transfer their prize to another person.

Eligibility Requirements

7. Entry is free.

8. Entry is open to all ADX Sydney visitors who have registered as ADX Sydney visitors, who were scanned in on arrival and scanned all four Holiday Promotion QR codes on the exhibition floor on the day of the draw.

9. Employees and immediate family members of employees of ADIA, ADIA members, ADX Sydney exhibitor employees and ADX Sydney sponsor employees are ineligible to enter.

Entry

10. Eligible Entrants are automatically entered into the draw during the promotion period.

11. Each entrant has a fair and equal chance of winning the prize.

12. The game does not involve a round in which players are eliminated.

Selecting the winner

13. Each entry in the draw has a random and equal chance of being drawn.

14. The winner of the draw will be announced via a PA system immediately after it is drawn.

Notification of winner

15. The winner will be announced to the exhibition floor immediately after the draw. If the winner is not present they will be notified by phone, followed by email.

Redraw if Winner is not contactable

16. If the winner is not contactable within 10 working days, a new winner will be selected.

Accepting the prize

17. The winner receives flights and accommodation to the value of $5000. The winner may incur other costs including food, transfers and activities.

18. Winners must collect their prize from ADIA staff within 60 days.

19. The Accor accommodation gift card must be used within three years, and is subject to the Accor Terms and Conditions.

Prize Delivery

20. The prize will be transferred to the winner via email.

Publication of Results

21. The name of the winner will be published on the ADIA website for a minimum of 28 days.

22. The name of the winner will be announced in the ADIA newsletter, ‘The Check Up’.

Use of information

23. Information about entrants obtained in the course of conducting the lottery will be used for the purposes of conducting the lottery and complying with local regulations relating to the conduct of the lottery.

24. Information about entrants obtained in the course of conducting the lottery will be shared with giveaway sponsor, Accor, for marketing purposes.
