Name Badges will be provided at ADX Sydney:

Your stand co-ordinator will be required to register all exhibitor staff via a link provided via email. These will be pre-printed and delivered to your stand on Wednesday 20 March, between 12.00pm and 5.00pm. You will be required to wear your name badge during exhibition hours.  

Registering Additional Staff

To register additional staff not registered on the earlier link provided to stand co-ordinators, you can register them onsite at one of the terminals in the foyer at the event when they arrive. Terminals will be open from midday on Wednesday 20 March.

ADX App

The ADX app will be available via the Apple and Google Play stores. You must download this app first before you download the lead tracking app. The login details will be sent out from ADIA via email. Alternatively, you can use the register link at the bottom of the app homepage.

The app has several features, including:

• Floor plan
• CPD and Learning Lab sessions
• Speaker information
• Sponsor Bingo
• Push notifications reminding visitors and exhibitors of time-sensitive information

Lead Tracking will be available at ADX Sydney

Your stand co-ordinator will be provided link/s for your stand/s to track leads.

Exhibitors can scan attendee badges, access profile info, and save, manage and export their leads using their own devices.

Your exhibition stand co-ordinator will have supplied team member details to ADIA, including email addresses. Each team member will be sent an email 3-4 days before ADX with instructions on how to download the ADX app, the lead tracking app and how to use the lead tracking software.
